Actor Jayant Wadkar inaugurates the state's first "Road Safety Cell" at Fergusson College


PUNE: Serious accidents are also caused by minor mistakes made without following the traffic rules. Parents' worlds are rocked when young boys and girls lose their lives in these accidents. As a result, senior actor Jaywant Wadkar urged that seatbelts and helmets be worn at all times to protect our lives.


The first road safety cell in the state has been started at Fergusson College by the Regional Transport Department (RTO). Students will be given a learner's licence through this class, and this class was inaugurated by veteran actor Jaywant Wadkar.


On this occasion, the president of Deccan Education Society, Dr. Sharad Kunte, Principal Dr. Ravindra Singh Pardeshi, Additional Commissioner Jitendra Patil, Regional Transport Officer Dr. Ajit Shinde, Assistant Regional Transport Officer Dr. Sanjay Bhor, Dr. Rajendra Sharma, and Western India Automatic Association officials were present on this occasion.
