DELHI: After Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez, it's time for another starlet, Nora Fatehi, to take the hot seat offered by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The actor was questioned straight for seven hours by Delhi Police in connection with a ₹200 crore extortion case linked with conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar.
As per information, actress Nora Fatehi was asked over 50 questions by the ED. Ravindra Singh Yadav, Special Commissioner of Police, Crime, Delhi, added, " Sukesh Chandrashekhar has offered many gifts and other items to many Bollywood actresses. Now the entire matter is being investigated, so we have summoned Nora Fatehi."
Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar had gifted her a brand new BMW car. When asked by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) whether there had been an exchange of any luxury items between them, she replied, " I was gifted a Gucci bag and an Iphone 12 publicly at an event where I was invited as a chief guest."
The actress also further explained that she did not have any personal connection with the conman and was unaware of his criminal background.
