PUNE: The metro work of the 'viaduct' near Dr.   Babasaheb Ambedkar bridge will begin from today, that is, March 31.  Therefore, for the next 22 days, Dr.  Babasaheb Ambedkar bridge will remain closed for night traffic.

This, in turn, will change the traffic route at night. 

*  Vehicles travelling from Pune station to Yerawada will have to go via Mobaj Chowk, Mangaldas Road, Blue Diamond Chowk, Koregaon Park Junction, Parnakuti.

 * Vehicles travelling to Boat Club from Pune Station will have to take a left turn at Mobaj Chowk and get on to the Dhole Patil Road.

* Vehicles plying from Boat Club Road towards Yerawada will take a U-turn from Sriman Chowk and then take the Amritlal Mehta Road through Koregaon Park Chowk.

* Vehicles going towards Pune station from Yerawada should turn right at Parnkuti Chowk, Mahatma Gandhi Chowk, Koregaon Park Junction, Blue Diamond Chowk. 

Traffic Changes for Kalyani Nagar Metro Station:

For the work of Kalyani Nagar Metro station on Vanaz to Ramwadi Metro line between March 28 and June 27, traffic going to Adlab Chowk and NM Chavan Chowk and back will be changed as per requirement.  

The traffic police have appealed that the motorists should use an alternative route during that time.
