Duo dupes man out of ₹43,000 in the name of processing fee, FIR registered
PUNE: An incident has come to light wherein a man who intended to take out a loan for his wife's medical treatment was duped out of 43,000 in the name of a processing fee. In Baramati, he was assaulted, threatened, and verbally abused when he asked that his money be returned. An FIR of fraud has been registered against the duo at the Baramati city police station in this regard.
In this regard, a complaint has been lodged by Pandurang Dattatray Chavan, a resident of Sakhar Wadi, Taluka Phaltan. The accused have been identified as Ravindra B. Dombale, Jyoti Ravindra Dombale, both of whom are residents of Katewadi, Taluka Baramati, and two other unidentified persons.
