PUNE: An incident of kidnapping of a 17-year-old boy who was enroute to the Pune airport to catch a flight to Hyderabad has come to light. In this matter, an FIR has been registered against an unknown accused at the airport police station. The boy's mother has filed a complaint in this matter.
The abducted victim has been identified as one Shaikh Yusuf Khan (17). A complaint has been filed by his mother Yasmin Khan (60), a resident of Kalwad.
According to the police, Shaikh had applied for a legal online job. He was purportedly enroute to Hyderabad to pick up the remuneration for this company's said online work.
On October 6, for that purpose, he was enroute to the Lohegaon Airport. However, post that, no contact could be made with him. Moreover, this boy has not returned home. Therefore, an FIR has been registered at the Airport Police Station regarding the fact about an unknown accused allegedly enticed and abducted him.
The police searched for him everywhere for almost a month. However, as he was not found, the mother has filed a complaint with the police. Keeping in view the brevitt of the issue, the police has started an immediate investigation.
