PUNE: An incident has come to light wherein a five-year-old boy died after falling into a water tank at Bhandgaon in Daund taluka. This incident took place on March 28 and has sent shockwaves among the residents.

The deceased boy has been identified as Abhay Ramdas Dorge (5).

As per the information provided, Ramdas Dorge owns a poultry farm. He constructed a five-feet-deep cement water tank for the poultry farm. His children, Akshay and Abhay, were playing in front of the house. His younger son, Abhay Ramdas Dorge, while playing, went to the water tank. While there was no one in the house, the boy suddenly lost his balance while he was peeping and fell into a five-feet-deep water tank. He died on the spot.

After learning about the incident, Dorge immediately rushed to the spot and carried his son to a hospital. However, the doctors declared him dead before the treatment. Police rushed to the spot and inspected the area.
