Hoardings proclaims 'This is Dhangekar!'' mounted in Kolhapur

PUNE:  The Maha Vikas Aghadi candidate Ravindra Dhangekar won the Kasba by-elections in Pune. He defeated the BJP candidate Hemant Rasane in the Kasba Peth constituency by-elections. 


The BJP leaders have facing flak from the MVA leaders over the defeat. Videos of Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil asking, "Who is Dhangekar? " had gone viral on social media, and as a rebuttal to it, hoardings have been mounted in Kolhapur, the native place of Chandrakant Patil, cheekily stating: 'This is Dhangekar!' 


The videos of the same have also gone viral on social media.
