PUNE: In the recent past, there have been many news flashes where a number of youths have committed suicide. The numbers are far greater amongst the youth brigade than any other age group. When asked about the seriousness of mental health in India, Didi Krishna Kumari, Chairperson, Sadhu Vaswani Mission, responded, "Mental health has become a serious illness not only in India but also all over the world. Moreover, the pandemic has accelerated this illness."
People, these days, have less resilience and are prone to throwing in the towel and accepting defeat. This leads to them taking on dastardly steps such as committing suicide. To overcome this and centre one mentally and physically, Sadhu Vaswani Mission's Youth Wing, Bridge Builders have come up with a day-long immersive program 'Reboot'.
This one-day immersive program will not only reboot one physically but it will also reboot one's mind to bring stability to life and to know where your life is leading to. The day long immersive program will be held at Sadhu Vaswani Mission, Pune Cantonment area between 9am and 5pm.
