PUNE: The Water Supply Department has started the installation of 'flow meters' in some parts of the city. Therefore, the water supply to some parts of the city will be closed for two days pending the completion of this work.
The water supply Department of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has informed that the water supply will be late and will have a low pressure in this area on the next day.
On Wednesday, February 15, the water supply to the Khandoba temple area of Narhe, Dhairi, Dhyari will be shut off. Along with this on Thursday, February 16, Bopodi, Angal Park, Khadki, Sahara Hotel, Raj Bhavan, Panchavati, Aundh, Khadki Ammunition Factory, Abhiman Shree Society, Bibvewadi, Upper and Super Indiranagar, Sambhaji Nagar, Kashinath Patil Nagar, Lower Indira Nagar, Chintamani Nagar, State Bank Nagar, Laketown Premises, Kondhwa Road, Vidyasagar Colony, Salisbury Park, Maharshi Nagar, Dice Plot, Market Yard, Dhankawadi, Gulab Nagar, Chaitanya Nagar, Taljai Colony, Sasane Nagar, Kale Borate Nagar, Hadapsar Village, Gliding Centre, Phursungi, Syed Nagar, Satavwadi, Indraprastha, Magarpatta, Wanowrie, Chandan Nagar, Kharadi, Ramtekdi, Malwadi, Bhosle Garden, Akashwani area, Laxmi Colony, Mahadev Nagar and Magarpatta areas will remain closed.
