Bomb threat mail clips wings of the Mumbai to Ahmedabad Indigo flight 6E 6045, Mumbai airport under strict surveillance post bomb threat

MUMBAI: A mail carrying a bomb threat on a flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad came under strict scrutiny at the Mumbai airport. The plane was released late night. 


Apparently, a mail arrived on Saturday night that a bomb was planted on the Indigo flight 6E 6045 at the Mumbai airport. the flight was scheduled for travel from the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal, that is, Mumbai to Ahmedabad at night.


However, no suspicious object was found during the search and the plane was released late at night. The police have taken serious cognizance of the threat mail.


An all-out police investigation is on-going in this matter.
