Central Online Admission Process for Class XI Admission begins from May 20

PUNE: It has come to light that the Central online admission process will be started for Class XI admission.  The state Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education announced its preparation schedule on Wednesday evening.  According to this schedule, the process 

will start from May 20 and will be completed by August.

 

The Central online admission process for Class XII admission is being implemented in Mumbai, Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Nasik, Amravati and Nagpur municipal areas. The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has clarified that except for this online admission area, the Class XII admission process will be conducted at the junior college level in the traditional manner prevailing in the rest of Maharashtra.

 

It has been directed that the students belonging to backward class or special category should be made aware to prepare the necessary documents in advance so that they can benefit from the reservation applicable to them, and a special campaign should be conducted for such students to get these documents in time. 


The secondary schools were instructed to inform their Classes IX and X students about this in time and explain the steps of the central admission process.

 

The possible Steps in Class XI Admission Process between May 20 and May 24 and the subsequent  registration on the website and practice of filling Part One of the application form. From May 25 till the Result Day - Registration and application should be verified on the website.  Immediately after the results,  the students should decide to register the preference on the admission portal, fill up the Part 2 of the admission form.
