Supreme Court tells Bombay High Court to urgently complete hearing on Anil Deshmukh’s bail plea


MUMBAI: The Supreme Court has directed the Bombay High Court to urgently complete the hearing on the bail application of former home minister and NCP leader Anil Deshmukh.



The Supreme Court has issued directives that the hearing should take place this week. Earlier, the Supreme Court had instructed the Bombay High Court to complete the hearing on an urgent basis. But due to some reasons, the hearing was repeatedly moved from one judge to another and the hearing could not be completed.
