Landslide causes blockade at Khandala Ghat on the Mumbai-Pune Railway line near Monkey Hill Station

MUMBAI: A landslide occurred at Khandala Ghat on the Mumbai-Pune railway line on August 23 near Monkey Hill station at 3 am. The rubble landed just in front of one engine. 


Fortunately, no casualties are reported in the incident. The railway administration has informed us that the railway traffic has been restored.
