PIMPRI: Police have succeeded in tracing a lawyer who disappeared on New Year's Eve. Moreover, a police investigation has revealed that the missing lawyer in Pimpri Chinchwad was killed over a love affair.  It was the husband of the concerned woman who kidnapped and killed the lawyer and tried to burn his body to destroy the evidence.  

The police investigation has revealed that it has come to light, Shiv Shankar Shinde had an affair with a woman of his relative. Though the lawyer, Shiv Shankar Shinde, waa married, he was involved in an extramarital relationship with a woman of his relative. But in spite of this, the lawyer and the woman did not put any reins on their relationship.  However, with time the woman began living separately from her husband.  Shiv Shankar Shinde, a lawyer, repeatedly threatened the woman's husband about committing suicide if he did not divorce her. The husband of the woman concerned was angry about this turn of events. From there on he decided to remove the thorn — the lawyer — from his side. Accordingly, he abducted the lawyer from his office on the afternoon of December 31. He bound the lawyer's hands and feet were bound and placed him in a drum. The drum was thrown into a tempo and brought to the tip of Nanded district where the body was found in a partially burnt condition.  

However, no official information has yet to be released about when the murder took place and the police investigation is ongoing.
