Former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh's judicial custody has been extended till November 15

MUMBAI: Former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, along with two other accused, has been remanded in judicial custody till November 15 by a special PMLA court in the Mumbai sessions court after being arrested by the ED in a financial misappropriation case. Currently, the Bombay High Court has granted bail to Anil Deshmukh in this case.


The judicial custody of Anil Deshmukh, along with Kundan Shinde and Sanjeev Palande, has also been extended in the case of the alleged recovery of ₹100 crores and financial misappropriation in transfers of senior IPS officers. The CBI has registered a case against Anil Deshmukh in the case of financial misappropriation. This case is currently being heard in court.
