Man defrauds actor Mahesh Thakur of ₹5.43 crore

MUMBAI: The case of actor Mahesh Thakur being cheated has come to light. In this case, Mahesh had filed a complaint against a person named Mayank Goyal at Amboli Police Station. Mayank defrauded Mahesh for a total of ₹5.43 crore. Mayank is accused of committing this fraud of ₹5.43 crore by using Mahesh's documents under the false pretext of gathering evidence and documents for court proceedings against him. Based on the complaint given by Mahesh, the police have registered a case under sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and are conducting further investigation.
