Mumbai Police files chargesheet against Raj Kundra, Sherlyn Chopra, Poonam Pandey, filmmaker for porn videos

MUMBAI: The Mumbai Police has filed a 450-pages-long against actress Shilpa Shetty's businessman-husband Raj Kundra, models-turned-actresses Sherlyn Chopra, Poonam Pandey and filmmaker Meeta Jhunjhunwala for making porn videos. The chargesheet states that the obscene videos were shot at two five-star hotels in the suburbs of Mumbai and then broadcasted on various OTT platforms for monetary compensation.


Kundra, Director, Armsprime Media Private Limited, was involved in the production and distribution of obscene videos. 


In 2019, the Cyber ​Police had registered an FIR against unknown persons under Section 292 and Information Technology Act after Customs and Central Excise Officers reported that some websites were uploading obscene content on the Internet.  A 450-page-long chargesheet has been filed against models-turned-actresses Sherlyn Chopra, Poonam Pandey, cameramen Raju Dubey, Meeta Jhunjhunwala, Banana Prime OTT director Suwajit Chaudhary, Armsprime Media Pvt Ltd's Raj Kundra and his employee Umesh Kamat.
