PUNE: A case under IPC 408, 506 has been registered against a youth in Lonikand Police Station for committing fraud of ₹7.63 lakh. This entire incident took place in Wagholi from July 3rd, 2022 to August 4th, 2022.

The accused has been arrested by police. The accused is identified as Vinay Shripat Prasad (24), a resident of Kesnand Road, Wagholi. Balwant Savalaram Kamble (48),  resident of Atur Nagar, Undri has filed a complaint in this matter. According to the police, Flipkart company Instacards Service Pvt Ltd is located at a godown at Bakori Phata, Wagholi. The goods of the Flipkart company are kept in this godown.

After placing an order with the company, the goods are delivered to the respective customers. Payment is accepted from them in the form of cash or cash on delivery is accepted. It has been mentioned in the case that accused Vinay Prasad has accepted the amount in cash and has used the cash for his own financial reasons. He has been arrested after a complaint was filed in the matter.
