Police detain gangster and his aide for a year
PUNE: A gangster who was creating terror in Bopdev Ghat area and his aide have been detained by the police. Sunny Bharat Pawar (22), a resident of Saswad and his aide have been detained. Crimes such as robbery, creating terror, dacoity and looting are registered against Pawar and his aide. Senior PI Sardar Patil and PI (crime branch) Vaishali Chandgude had prepared a proposal that the goons should be detained and accordingly, action was taken.
The police commissioner has taken against 85 criminals so far. These goons have been detained for a year.
