Police registers a case against horse rider, horse injures youth while driving bike

PUNE: The Dattawadi Police have registered a case against a horse rider in an accident wherein a youth on a two-wheeler was hit by a horse. The incident took place at Mangirbaba Chowk near Dandekar bridge on Friday around 1.30pm.

According to the police report, the biker has been identified as one Vilas Raosaheb Pansare (51), a resident of Shukar Peth. Pansare has filed a complaint at the Dattawadi Police Station. Accordingly, an FIR has been filed against the unknown horse rider. As per the police, Pansare was travelling from Dandekar bridge on his motorcycle.

It was at that point in time, a horse kicked his bike. Pansare fell off his bike. The left shin was fractured during the fall. A case has been registered against horse rider as the rider was seriously injured.
