Police registers FIR against goon for trying to assault restaurant owner
PUNE: An FIR has been registered at the Hadapsar police station against a man for abusing a restaurant owner and trying to assault him after not paying bill after having dinner. The accused has been identified as Dinesh Jeevan Mane.
The incident had taken place in Sideshwar restaurant on DP Road in Hadapsar. When Mane was leaving the restaurant after having dinner, the owner of the restaurant asked him to pay the bill but Mane refused to do so saying he was a local ‘bhai’. He abused the restaurant owner and tried to assault him. Hence, an FIR has been registered against him at the Hadapsar police station.
