Tired of wife and in-laws' demand for money, young man commits suicide
PUNE: A worker employed at an ammunition factory in Khadki committed suicide by hanging himself after being harassed by his wife and mother-in-law despite paying them ₹10 lakh.
The suicide victim has been identified as one Sameer Nivritti Naik (35). His wife Usha (35) has been arrested. Allegedly, his in-laws and wife Usha were mentally and physically harassing Sameer to get money. Tired of this constant bullying, Sameer committed suicide by hanging himself in his house. Usha has been arrested basis his suicide note left by him and the other accused have escaped.
Police Sub-Inspector Amar Kadam is conducting a further in-depth investigation.
